I understand that NHSLothianhas been working on plans to develop a dedicated service for patients with bothprimary and secondary Lymphoedema, in all care settings.

The Scottish Executive has made it clear that one of the conditions for its continued support for the Borders Railway is the development and delivery of a clear and comprehensive risk management strategy by the Waverley Railway Partnership.
