At this time, the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003 does not yet apply to thedecisions of councils.We arecurrently developing the necessary secondary legislation to implement theprovisions of that Act.

To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance it issues to local authorities in respect of notification to neighbours of amendments to planning applications that have still to be approved.
