Standing Order Rule Changes - Inquiry into the resilience of the Scottish Parliament's practices and procedures in relation to its business
The changes were premised on holding physical meetings, but they enabled us to go online. We then had a virtual meeting of the Senedd—as you say, the first such one in the UK, if not the very first.
