For List B offences, the time period proposed in the Bill is 11 years from the date of conviction when the individual was 18 or older at the time of conviction, and 5 years and 6 months from the date of conviction for under 18s.
It also clarifies the arrangements for sales of accommodation to third parties and amends returns provisions so that returns are calculated on the date of stay and not on the date of the chargeable transaction.
