The committee has welcomed the move with regard to the extremely few circumstances in which there will be a succession to a title or a coat of arms, as an anomaly would otherwise exist. I am not clear about the pension fund issue. What does it mean? In a sense, we are making further consequential changes because of the changes that have been made by section 17 of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006 as a result of the creation of the pension protection fund.
