The economic development priorities of the Executive are set out in the long-term economic strategy The Framework forEconomic Development in Scotland and the Executive’s Enterprise strategyA Smart, Successful Scotland (SSS).Thethree key Lisbon objectives for growth and jobs (making Europe a more attractive place to invest and work; knowledge andinnovation for growth; and creating more and better jobs) align the re-focussedLisbon more closely with the three main policy objectives of SSS (globalconnections; skills and learning, and growing business).
