Following discussions between Devonport Royal Dockyard Ltd and its part-owner, Kellog, Brown & Root Ltd, DRDL has withdrawn its proposal to use the KBR facility at Nigg, to which John Farquhar Munro referred.The final decision on what to do with waste from the decommissioning of the UK's nuclear submarines is, quite properly, reserved to the UK Government.
