I supported this investigation and I note the new evidence.Our remit was to consider whether there was evidence of a breach of any code by an MSP. I believe, from the information before us, that there is no evidence of a breach of any code by any MSP, including Jack McConnell.

We are on agenda item 1. On section 34, "Animal welfare codes", we asked the Executive why there is no provision for prior consultation on the revocation of a code, as there is for the publication of a code.

Now that I have re-examined the issue from first principles and considered the code for sustainable building that is employed in the rest of the UK, I want to push the point because it is entirely possible to predict buildings' notional impact when they are built.
