That would have a terrible effect on the education of pupils throughout Scotland who would be forced to stay in buildings that are now out of date and need to be replaced.The SNP and Fiona Hyslop have been asked on several occasions to answer the questions that have been put to them about why they would cancel the PPPs and how they would replace that funding, but they have refused to answer.
