To ask the Scottish Executive to list the bodies and office holders, as defined in Section 21 (2) of the Public Finance and Accountability Bill, which have an annual expenditure of more than #250,000 and derive less than half their income from public funds. Of the bodies defined in section 21(2)(a) of the Public Finance and Accountability (Scotland) Bill, only the Scottish Qualifications Authority has expenditure of over £250,000 but derives less than 50% of its income from public funds.
