Development of the Scottish Agricultural College's campus at Auchincruive is a matter primarily for the college.The college is currently developing its proposals for the future of the organisation as a whole.
(Scotland) Bill, agrees to the expenditure payable out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund of sums required to meet expenses of the Scottish Ministers in consequence of the Act.
We need to ensure that capacity exists and that we invest adequate funds where they are required. We have asked the Executive to discuss that with the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland and the community justice authorities.
