I want to ask about something that Hazel Mathieson said about the apprenticeship programme. We have heard in evidence and seen in briefings that have been provided to us that the gender balance is still not 50:50 when a programme starts and that females are less likely to be at levels 3, 4 and 5 of the apprenticeship programme.
