I am second-guessing a future committee, but it would not surprise me if it wanted to revisit free personal care and to examine the effects of acts related to mental health, civil contingencies and co-ordinated learning plans, which are beginning to have an impact.I share Mary Mulligan's concern about holding a seminar, especially at the proposed time.
