Education (Graduate Endowment and Student Support) (Scotland) (No 2) Bill: Financial Resolution Motion moved, That the Parliament, for the purposes of any Act of the Scottish Parliament resulting from the Education (Graduate Endowment and Student Support) (Scotland) (No.2) Bill, agrees to— (a) the following expenditure payable out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund—(i) the expenses of the Scottish Ministers in consequence of the Act; and (ii) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of the Fund under or by virtue of any other enactment; and (b) any payments made to the Scottish Ministers under the Act.
