On the point about consensus, at the previous meeting both the NFUS and the STFA expressed the view that it would be helpful to have a mandatory code of practice for land agents in the sector.

That group works really well, so I feel that we are more than adequately covered in that regard. On fixed penalties, the current code of practice for food visits means that, if an officer finds a contravention, they notify the food business operator.
