I am not aware of national work on safeguards or guidance in relation to people whose behaviour on NHS health care premises is considered to be nuisance behaviour but who may have a medical condition.
It has been badly conceived and intransigently pursued in a way that I have never experienced and hope never to encounter again.I strongly opposed the OffensiveBehaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Bill and take pride in having voted against it.

It is true that there is a strong mandatory ground in the bill that concerns antisocial behaviour. However, to get someone evicted on the basis of antisocial behaviour, the landlord requires witnesses.
I look forward to developing that work.Much behavioural work needs to be done. We are doing primary research on how we can influence behaviour in different parts of society—individuals, communities, businesses and specialist areas such as agriculture.
