You are saying that there was a lot of strain because of the system that is in place at the moment. Absolutely. It is offensive. Everybody here has given a story of how they want to use benefit to keep going, not to retire on it and have an easy life.
It does not make any difference whether it is a guard on a train, an MSP or a member of their staff; abusive behaviour is not acceptable anyway nowadays.
