The Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Bill was introduced in the Parliament on Monday 11 May 2020 On 12 May 2020, the Parliament agreed that the Bill should be treated as an Emergency Bill.
However, we have not got the balance between alcohol and drugs services right, and we have not got the right balance between taking an interventionist approach and a preventative approach.

The UK Government plans not to retain the EU charter of fundamental rights, which is of great concern. For us in Scotland, the fundamental problem is with clause 11 of the withdrawal bill.
