It seems to me that the Health Department's policy simply stops doctors following that way, even if they wanted to. The funding is not there. People would not be paid.

I have that here, in the centre's paperwork. The centre is funded and feted by Government and drives through legislation, whereas we in the UK Men's Movement are called extremists.Some of us have crossed swords before and there is no personal or ideological love lost between us.

We should ask whether there has been a decrease in local authority provision in recent years and request an indication of whether local authorities are experiencing genuine difficulties in finding the resources to fund the upgrading of existing homes in order to meet the standards that are set out in the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001.
