We are interested in what happens to applications for end of life, orphan and ultra-orphan medicines when the fund is exhausted.
In my initial response, I advised that 246 FAIs were concluded between 1 April 2014 and 31 March 2019. I explained that 25 were discretionary FAIs and that, accordingly, 221 would require to be considered during this exercise.

The SPA and Police Scotland carried out an equality and human rights impact assessment (EqHRIA) of the Policing 2026 strategy and published a summary of results,1Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority.
