We need a proper pause to the National Care Service (Scotland) Bill to allow an opportunity for stakeholders to get back round the table and to make it right.
We will also consult on the potential separation of the dual roles of Scotland’s law officers. I also confirm that, in the first year of this Parliament, we will introduce the gender recognition reform bill.

This report sets out the Justice Committee's consideration of the Vulnerable Witnesses (Criminal Evidence) (Scotland) Bill at Stage 1.
In addition, the Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill will help to build resilience against future public health threats, including any future pandemics.
