Kenny Gibson and I were curious about why Lewis Macdonald rather than Des McNulty will close the debate for the minister, but we were not long into the debate when we realised why.
My comment in that context is that my own view, and the view of my organisation, is that that mischief is de minimis in relation to the problems that the developers might have when the site is operational.
However, in the context of the requirements that I have outlined, I would have thought that the risk of jet-ski problems is probably de minimis. Do not let us get deflected into that.
