He may want to make a political point about the way in which the funding of student finance is going—I am sure that we will debate that in the chamber in due course—but, on the definition of endowment, there clearly are beneficiaries of the scheme; the beneficiaries are the future generations of students who will receive funding as a result of those endowments.
