Motion moved, That the Parliament, for the purposes of any Act of the Scottish Parliament resulting from the Mental Health (Public Safety and Appeals) (Scotland) Bill, agrees to the following expenditure payable out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund— (a) expenditure by the Scottish Ministers in consequence of the Act; and (b) increases attributable to the Act in sums payable out of that Fund by or under any other Act.
