It suggested that the Scottish Government should look to the Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Act 2022 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Schedule 5 for “effective examples of regulatory powers”.
In relation to court fees, following a public consultation in 2022, an exemption from such fees was introduced for Aarhus cases raised in the Court of Session.
