Independent advisory panel 9A Scottish Fuel Poverty Advisory Panel (1) The Scottish Fuel Poverty Advisory Panel (in this Act referred to as “the Panel”) is established. 25 (2) The Panel is to meet after the publication of each periodic report under section 8 in order to consider the matters mentioned in subsection (3).
