That is why it is very important that the Auditor General made it clear yesterday that Audit Scotland did not find evidence of such manipulation throughout Scotland.Let us have just a little bit of recognition that the new patient-determined system that was introduced last quarter provides a mechanism and method by which we can all be assured that patients have all been attributed to the right codes.
