People’s views change, and I think that I am right in saying that we now have about 1 million people living in Scotland who were not able to vote in the 2014 referendum.
I do not think that anyone here would expect me to comment on a live court case. The deposit return scheme that we wanted to have in place included glass.
Equally, however, the policies themselves need to be reviewed from time to time: nothing can be set in stone, because we live in a changing and dynamic world.
