However, we must also adapt to the new and different ways in which they live their lives. Young people communicate and express themselves in ways that are, I am sure, beyond the ken of a few members of the Parliament.
To ask the Scottish Government for what reason, despite an increase in the number of businesses pledging to pay the real Living Wage, the percentage of people actually being paid the real Living Wage or more has been decreasing for three consecutive years.

To ask the Scottish Government what action it is taking to encourage businesses to implement the real Living Wage, in light of reports that Scotland's level of real Living Wage employers is, proportionately, five times that of the UK as a whole.
