The Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Short-term Lets) Order 2022 came into force on 1 March 2022, and required licensing authorities to establish schemes in their areas by 1 October 2022.

To ask the Scottish Government how many veterans in Scotland are currently homeless. As at the 31 March 2022, there were 491 live homelessness cases that had been assessed as homeless or threatened with homelessness where it was stated that at least one member of the household was formerly a member of the armed forces.

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to the question S6W-09432 by Lorna Slater on 28 July 2022, for what reason the contract (a) with Biffa was not signed by March 2022 and (b) for IT services has still not been signed, and when it anticipates that the contract for IT services will be finalised.
To ask the Scottish Government what progress has been made in connection with the recommendations of the Working Group on Mortgage Lending and Cladding, which reported in March 2021. With the support of stakeholders across industry, the Single Building Assessment programme started in June 2021.
The flu vaccine has been available to pregnant women, (via their midwife) from the start of the current programme, which launched on 6 September 2021, and continued to be offered until the end of the flu season, 31 March 2022. S6W-07624

To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S6W-06722 by Lorna Slater on 7 March 2022, what modelling it has done regarding the likelihood of producers in the food and drink sector switching from glass packaging to plastic packaging as a result of the inclusion of glass in its Deposit Return Scheme.
