The two off-sales premises in the village—a supermarket and a small convenience store—have come to an agreement and are now rigorous about to whom they sell alcohol.Way back when Mary Mulligan was the Deputy Minister for Health and Community Care, she agreed with me in a debate in the Parliament that there should be a national proof-of-age scheme.
