Article 6 provides for CJAs to be included in the scope of the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005. Because they are to be funded wholly or mainly by Scottish ministers, CJAs are probably caught within the scope of those regulations anyway.
We must be prepared for it and contingency funding must be in place. As Nora Radcliffe said, the SNP wants to abolish contingency funding and use it for other purposes, but it is important that we have that money in place for just such events.
