To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications there have been to the Project Scotland personal developmentfund. I refer the member to the answer to question S2W-22379 on 24 January 2006.
I am dealing with that major consideration in a more general way in the care development group.The bill is not based on self-funding; a large exemption has already been made in respect of child care.
The Committee invites the Member in Charge of the Bill to consider how these differences in opinion could be resolved and whether flexibility is needed to capture the changing nature of retail work.
