We should certainly be planning for that. We do not yet know, but it may be a regular three-dose vaccination programme, or there may be developments in the vaccines that enable a single dose.
As soon as a Public Bill (i.e. a Government, Committee or Member’s Bill) has completed Stage 1, amendments for consideration at Stage 2 may be lodged; and as soon as Stage 2 is completed, amendments for Stage 3 consideration may be lodged.
Section 14(1) provides that the Scottish Ministers may issue guidance about transitions plans to local authorities, Health Boards, Integration Joint Boards and to such other bodies as may be prescribed by regulations.

Can you say anything about why that reduction has come about? You may be talking about live complaints, because quite a few were carried forward in 2022-23.
