Amendment 160 and 161 in the name of Paul O'Kane MSP change the duty on public authorities to have due regard to care experience guidance published under section 5 of the Bill.
Maggie Chapman MSP said the amendment:

Amendment 66 in the name of Pam Duncan-Glancy MSP introduces new section 2E . This modifies the 2005 Act, adding section 9H to include engagement with trade unions, students and external partners as a condition of funding for institutions.
