Policy Memorandum Coronavirus Scotland No2 BIll

The Bill retains the original target date of 28 February 2021, but if the citizens assembly cannot conclude its work and lay its report by that date for a reason relating to coronavirus, the Bill enables it to do so as soon as reasonably practicable after that date.
