I have a brief point on a similar issue.In connection to the points that Des McNulty made on health, through the comprehensive spending review and SR 2002 the Executive transferred money from the health budget to the sports co-ordinator programme to encourage physical activity among young people.

We want to find methods that are quicker. A biochemical test can be automated, which saves time. I would like to follow up that angle.
