It was started with seedcorn money from the enterprise network and from the local authority, but over the years it has pulled in around £4 million of funding on an additionality basis, and that money has been spent on protecting the built heritage of the area.

If we are talking about a technological solution, why can we not get the money for it through the modernising government fund? I think that money was originally made available through the modernising government fund.
