Building on the convener’s question, how do you think that those positive responses and behaviours can best be maintained? How can we, in the Parliament and the Scottish Government, best support and encourage individual behaviour change?
The focus is on addressing the causes of antisocial behaviour but, if antisocial behaviour by users of holiday flats is to be dealt with, effective enforcement of antisocial behaviour measures is required.

Fife has been allocated £70,579 from the fund. In addition, The Scottish Football Asociation (SFA) are using £8,800 of their CashBack grants in central Fife to deliver Midnight Football and Street Football at twelve venues in 2009.
Similarly high percentages of parents felt that they became more involved in their children’s development and were better able to manage their children’s behaviour. Parents feel that they empowered, as well.
The solutions to that appalling fact cannot be tucked away in patient safety—or any part of the national health service—or written off as a problem of individual behaviour. If we want to tackle heath inequality, we need to be more serious about tackling wealth inequality.
