I expect these services to be in place within 12 months of the issue of the guidance. We have also funded Scottish Human Services to employ an Advocacy Development Officer to support this local work.
Another £150 million or so is available through the rural developmentfund. Would any of you like to chance your arm and say that some of that money should be directed away from where it is channelled at the moment to other kinds of improvement?
