In the detailed sense, that is a matter for local authorities, but the Executive has provided considerable funding to support local authorities in upgrading and developing sports pitches—£5.5 million this year—and for the development of facilities projects more generally, the figure for which is £143 million since 1995.I think that those infrastructure and funding issues are all linked together by how we want the matter to move forward, but the planning constraints are central to the protection that we and other members want for playing fields.
