We have made it quite clear that we take infection control seriously. I ask Mary Scanlon to tell me how we would be able to address the concerns that she has raised with a 20 per cent reduction in the health budget.We must develop a strategy that pulls teams together to ensure that we do not have to find ways of paying out compensation.
