Complaint against Jackson Carlaw MSP - Decision of the Committee

For this reason, the Committee must conclude that Jackson Carlaw MSP breached Section 13(1) of the 2006 Act and Section 3, paragraphs 6-8 of the Code of Conduct for MSPs.
