Despite the huge efforts of teachers, and with the best will in the world, online learning is unlikely to be as effective, academically and socially, as face-to-face learning.
Believe it or not, we are encouraging our customers to go online. However, in the majority of cases there is a difference between the private sector and the social sector in the number of customers who are online.
