Delegated powers in the Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill (as amended at Stage 2)
The Committee considers this is appropriate given that, as stated in the Supplementary DPM, registration pilots have the potential to be “substantial undertakings requiring significant levels of funding.”
