We also believe that in the first years of developing a new funding model, the Government needs to consider whether some of the money to be allocated through education authorities will best be ring-fenced in the early stages so that there is a natural stream of funding—into the Craighalbert Centre, in this case—so that it might continue to develop provision.The centre is a school.
