That is why today I am announcing a £25 million modernising government fund. That will amalgamate existing funds into one fund to allow some of the best ideas in the public sector to become reality.

Teaching and Research Funding (Scottish Higher Education Funding Council Review) Item 3 is the continuation of the inquiry into the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council teaching and research funding.
The SPA also manages and delivers forensic services across Scotland and is responsible for independent custody visiting, where it monitors the welfare of those in police custody.
All funding for Police Scotland goes through the SPA.
