On that point, ministers have approved our strategy, "A Smart, Successful Highlands and Islands", whose headline calls for a growth in population to half a million within a generation. We have 1.8 billion bus journeys, so it is a subsidy of about 30p a passenger or 10p a passenger mile. I will follow on from Michael McMahon's point about contracted bus services.
