We have had discussions with new opportunities fund officials, who have decided to increase the flexibility of the fund's programmes, especially in relation to out-of-school care.
Concerns have been expressed in the consultation exercise about the matching of the national development plan to the local development plan and to the school development plan.
We hope to have everything in place, including a national group of stakeholders who will make decisions on whether a project is suitable for funding assessment work or for funding capital work.
