Stage 1 report on the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill - Method of dispute resolution

Subordinate Legislation considered by the Social Justice and Social Security Committee on 31 October 2024 - Consideration by the DPLR Committee

The DPLR Committee considered this instrument at its meeting on 8 October 2024. It raised no point in relation to the instrument but noted that "it gives effect to a decision of the Scottish Ministers which is the subject of judicial review proceedings.
